Rafi makes it three wins in a row

The National team registered its third win on the trot in Portugal with a 1-0 victory over Atletico

India registers its third victory of the Portugal training tour with a tough 1-0 win over Atletico at the Sporting Academy training ground in Lisbon.

India struck early with a sixth minute goal from in-form striker Mohammed Rafi who converted a precise pass from Abhishek Yadav to score his third goal of the tour.The Portuguese side fought hard but failed to deliver after conceding a goal early on in the game.However, the score at the half-time mark was still 1-0 with India in the lead.

In the second half the story remained unchanged as Bob Houghton’s men triumphed for the third time in successive games.
