PANAMA CITY(AP) Claudio Labarinas scored either side of halftime to lead Honduras side Marathon to a 3-0 victory over Tauro of Panama in qualifying for the CONCACAF Champions' League.
Labarinas opened scoring from a penalty in the 24th minute, and set up the second when he passed to teammate Milton Palacios who fired in the second in the 34th.
Labarinas sealed the win in the 58th minutes.
Tauro's best scoring opportunity came in the 30th minutes when Gabriel Renteria's strike was blocked.
