Free State Stadium

The Free State Stadium or the Vodacom Park is located in Bloemfontein and is used for both Rugby and Soccer events. It was originally built in 1955 and will host a total of six matches in the 2010 FIFA World Cup. The stadium is in close proximity to the FIFA and team hotels in Bloemfontein. An extra tier was added to the original grandstand to increase the capacity for the event along with new turnstiles, upgraded floodlights and electronic scoreboards.
